- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Magical Foto requires a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. The deposit amount 25% of the total rental fee. Additionally, it's important to understand the cancellation policy, including any refund conditions or penalties for cancellations made within a certain timeframe. Magical Foto does offer discounts throughout the year on our social media pages! We also offer a 10% discount to all military, health, and educational personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer approaches Magical Foto, we start with getting some information about the event. We then talk about the different packages that we offer. Once a package is selected, we will talk about any design/theme customizations for the photo booth layout and photo print layouts. Once an idea has been confirmed, we will design a layout for final approval (usually a week before the event).

Magical Foto has worked with various customers ranging from elementary kids to military award ceremonies! We work with every customer out there!
