- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We know one size does not fit all. Our packages and prices are structured to suit a range of budgets. Get in touch today to build the perfect package based on your specific requirements. To book, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit *Take advantage of our new year special! Customers who book by February 1st for events occurring by May 1, 2023 get $50 off any rental package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you complete and submit the customer contact form via the website you will be contacted to confirm the availability of your desired event date and discuss your requirements. Next, we will work together to ensure we select the best services for your event. In that initial contact, you will know what to expect from me and my team throughout the planning process. I will also answer any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe experience is the best teacher. That being said, I have 32 years of experience in program management, human resources, logistics, customer service and hosting. During my tenure with the Department of Justice, I held several positions which afforded me the opportunity to manage and lead a team of individuals towards the goal of accomplishing a mission. Since launching my business, I've immersed myself in learning the industry, equipment and software. I avail myself to all related training opportunities and have built relationships with experts in the field. I also have a very knowledgable mentor who has more than 20 years of experience in the business.
