- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we discuss availability first. Once the client has reviewed my sample work via my website or social media, they make their deposit. Once deposit has been received, we may go over sample photos, discuss ideas and color schemes for their photoshoot..if its an outdoor shoot, we discuss possible locations. Once this is confirmed, I will draft up a contract entailing the details of your photoshoot, deposit confirmation, etc. I request that they setup a google photos and dropbox accounts. I send the unedited images via google photos, the contract and edits will be sent via dropbox.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Am I payment ready? Do I have a theme for my shoot? Have I contacted a makeup artist, stylist, creative director? Have I read through their policies and FAQ?
