- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make property ownership as stress-free and profitable as possible. We begin with a free consultation to learn about your property, your investment goals, and your management needs. Once you decide to move forward, we complete a property assessment, execute our management agreement, and set up your owner portal for real-time access to financial reports, maintenance requests, and important documents. If the property is vacant, we prepare it for the market with professional photography, pricing analysis, marketing across multiple platforms, and comprehensive tenant screening, including credit, background, income, rental history, and eviction checks. Once a qualified tenant is approved, we handle lease execution, move-in coordination, rent collection, and ongoing communication. Throughout the management relationship, we provide proactive maintenance coordination, routine property inspections, detailed monthly owner statements, online rent collection, and responsive communication to protect your investment while maximizing your rental income.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., with over 20 years of experience in residential real estate, investment properties, leasing, and property management. I hold a Master's degree in Human Services and am also a Virginia-certified Real Estate Instructor, allowing me to teach pre-licensing courses to future real estate professionals. Throughout my career, I have managed single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and investment portfolios. My experience includes tenant placement, lease administration, rent collection, maintenance coordination, property inspections, compliance, and owner financial reporting. I stay current on landlord-tenant laws and industry best practices to ensure my clients receive knowledgeable, professional service.
