Her knowledgeable insight and guidance allow the client to narrow down what is most important to them and can fit their financial situation. Kesha is dedicated to her client and spends time looking at different prospects before presenting them to her client. When a property has been selected, Kesha makes sure all the necessary documents are submitted in order to give her client the best possible chance for success. She also follows up with the listing agent for any updates or needs. My daughter and I feel extremely blessed to have met Kesha at an open house. Ms. Kesha Catlin is absolutely Amazing! Super thorough, knowledgeable, and outstanding at her job. I will recommend her to everyone because the home buying experience with her was awesome. She made me feel reassured, happy, and very confident with the whole process. She took control of the train and I stayed in the caboose. No headaches in this process and she is super reliable. She also took out extra time out of her day to answer any questions I had and explained everything to me right away. She also showed me lots of homes so I could give my opinion on preference and more. God sent her to me for a reason, She is phenomenal.
