- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique, so pricing is based on the scope of work, filming days, crew requirements, equipment, travel, and post production needs. After learning about your goals, we provide a detailed proposal outlining everything included so there are no surprises. Our focus is on creating thoughtful, high quality films that deliver long term value rather than one size fits all packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project begins with a conversation. We take time to understand your goals, audience, timeline, and vision before recommending an approach. From there, we guide you through each stage of production including creative development, scheduling, filming, editing, revisions, and final delivery. Throughout the process, we prioritize clear communication, organized workflows, and a collaborative experience so you always know what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than a decade of professional experience producing documentary, nonprofit, commercial, and branded content for organizations across the country. Over the years I have worked with nonprofits, healthcare organizations, schools, advocacy groups, and businesses, leading projects from concept through final delivery. My experience has taught me that great filmmaking is about more than beautiful visuals. It is about understanding people, building trust, and telling stories with clarity and purpose.
