S&S did a excellent job paving my driveway, and the price was reasonable!!!!

Unimpressed at the lack of communication regarding scheduling and a lack professionalism, paid a reasonable amount of money after he shared extended conversation on how he could improve my driveway and it wouldn’t have to be touched for 5 years. Additionally I was promised a one year warranty. The job is sloppy in areas the patches are pealing upward. Loose tarry gravel has been left to be drug in the house, there are footprints from the workers, I have water holding pits that were promised to be fixed. Finally after returning to hear my complaints he shared “that he had no sympathy for me” continued to scream at me stating my driveway was 25 years old, which it is not as I am the original owner. It’s 14 years old, and a lot of promises were made!!
He left about 5 weeks ago, stating he’d be back to make improvements. I just want a refund, and to never have to interact with this guy again.
To note: he not only did my driveway but my father in law’s and obtained two other jobs while in the neighborhood. He made a lot of cash this day, and I believe therefore the sloppiness. To top it all the product used is super slippery, I was walking across it myself to take out trash when I fell on my backside.
Now to get it fixed!!! Seeking a real professional.
