- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Final price is based on material, sink, edge. These variables change with every job. Once the customer knows these three things, we can give a solid estimate. Once given there will be no surprise charges, ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customer is unable to provide us with a kitchen layout, we schedule a day to come measure ourselves. At this time we can give a rough estimate. We then instruct the customer where to see granite/marble/quartz colors online and in person. Once they pick some colors, we can give estimates for them. If they like our estimates, we return with a contract and collect a deposit. Then we get to work.
