Yesterday, 8 March 2025, I had the pleasure to have the professionals from Jesus’s chimney service, repair one of my chimneys. Through the estimate part they inspected the chimney explained precisely what they found and showed me what they would do. When we were in the basement inspecting the fireplace, they noted air coming down the chimney even with the damper closed. They suggested 13x13 damper cap. I told them I had another company coming out to inspect the chimney and there was no pressure from Jesus’s chimney service. During the estimate and repair they were very respectful of our property, even to the point of washing the roof around the chimney and walking around the areas where they were working in to ensure they were not leaving anything behind after the repair. I highly recommend Jesus’s chimney service. I did get the 13x13 damper cap. Stopped all the cold air coming down the chimney.
