- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a new client discount the first two weeks of training/working together. Also, I offer discounts for how often clients train with me on a weekly basis. Additionally, I have discounts for packages that are bought up front (ex. 10 sessions). I am always willing to discuss pricing. I never want to turn a client away due to financial reasons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always set up a phone call to complete a thorough fitness assessment. This allows me to gather enough information about a client so I am able to write and execute a program that is customized to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a minor in health from Salisbury University. Also, I am pursuing a masters degree in exercise science and health promotion with a nutrition concentration. I hold a few certifications including a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and certified personal trainer (CPT) through the national strength and conditioning association (NSCA).
