We used Jeff as our realtor to sell our house in Laurel, Maryland. We have 2 children under 4 and we were nervous that it would really hard to keep the house showing ready. Jeff built our showing schedule to get as many people into the house in a single weekend. At the end the weekend, we got 18 offers on the house and received above our asking price. Not having to worry about staging the house multiple times made everything so much easier. Jeff was also so helpful in telling us what we needed to do to prep the house and it made the whole process so much less stressful. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to sell a house!We also used Jeff when we purchased our first home and his advice was invaluable. We were able to find a wonderful house where we were happy for 6 years!

Jeff spent months with us trying to find our forever home, between all the undecisive locations and particulars we were looking for as a couple, Jeff stuck with us in our highs and lows. Jeff was in constant communication with us and he made house hunting fun and REALISTIC!!! I, at times, had to be brought back to reality on what we could afford and were we could make improvements in the future. Being a person who needs the truth and not smoke blown up their butt, was important!!! He has become apart of our family and is a please to work with!!!

Jeffrey is delightful to work with, making the whole process less stressful. His guidance got us the home we desired. Jeff has given us the best service in purchasing a home we have ever had! He stuck with us from when we initially contacted him in August 2021 all the way to closing in mid-January 2022. We had many challenges, mainly in the selling of our home and being displaced in Maryland, and through all the struggles Jeff stuff with us and gave us the best help possible. I will recommend him above any other realtor in the Baltimore area!
