He was able to come same day and quickly deal with a large hole and broken tile in the backsplash left by removal of an electronic panel. He very meticulously cut out the partial tiles and filled in the pattern. Grout matches perfectly. You'd never know the hole was ever there! Also, they cleaned up very well before leaving. I'd definitely hire again!

They were great. I have an old dishwasher that had to be replaced. The original contractor bailed on me at the last minute. Ibtisam came out on Christmas Eve and replaced it for me without a problem! Price was reasonable. I definitely recommend their service.
