I have been training for over 25 years and I have found the best niche is not having one. I find that having 8 different professional certifications in many areas has worked best for my clients. Those certs include nutrition and weight loss, trigger point therapy, corrective exercise, strength, endurance and mobility. My base of clients usually consist of 35 - 65 year olds who want to improve overall fitness. When I am not playing soccer, tennis or golf you can find me in the gym or playing with my 1 yr old son. Education, versatility and fun workouts are my strengths! I love that I make people physically and mentally feel better on a daily basis. Seeing people constantly reach their goals and improving injuries and weaknesses are also very rewarding.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?An initial evaluation helps me to see what the best path to travel on to get the client to their goals. I highly recommend 3 sessions to start so I can strongly evaluate the strengths and weaknesses.
