I explained to her that I would closely monitor her program and each exercise and asked her to tell me if there was any pain or discomfort right away and we would move on to another exercise to find her her capability. She did not complain the entire workout, and did not communicate with me any discomfort. I have 8 different certifications including Corrective exercise certification. I am only looking for clients who will keep an open line of communication and it will work out great.

I have been training with Brian for 8 months now and after using several inexperienced trainers, I have finally found someone who really pays attention to my needs. I have since dropped 20 lbs and my knee doesn't hurt anymore. Best of all I can run an 8 minute mile. I highly recommend his services. I was really impressed with Brian's demeanor and supportive attitude. Very welcoming personality, which is great for someone like myself who has not been active in a gym in a long time. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?An initial evaluation helps me to see what the best path to travel on to get the client to their goals. I highly recommend 3 sessions to start so I can strongly evaluate the strengths and weaknesses.
