FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because of the type of work we do, we provide a quotation after we consult with the prospective client and better understand the nature of work. We could create a boilerplate business plan at a standard price, for example, but those are worth little to the client and then we haven't earned our fee. That's why we talk up-front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we have an initial consult where we learn more about the prospective client and confirm that we can help. If we can help, we lay out a time line for delivering services, including delivery dates and costs. Once we come to an agreement, we provide the services, checking in on a regular basis to demonstrate progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to earning an MBA from the RH Smith School of Business (Maryland), I have earned many certifications over the course of my career. Nearly all of these require on-going education to maintain the certification. * Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute; * Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP) by the Balanced Scorecard Institute; * Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) & Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) by Scrum Alliance * SAFe Agilist by the Scaled Agile Academy; * Lean Six Sigma Black Belt by Moresteam University; * Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) with the American Society for Quality;
