I cannot thank Chris and his Crew enough for saving the day! Our original moving company canceled on us at the last minute, leaving us in a complete panic. They showed up on time and got right to work. Communication was on point from scheduling to the day of the move. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I start by learning about their move, including the locations, moving date, number of items, and any special requirements. I provide a clear estimate and explain what is included so there are no surprises. Once they book, I confirm the details, communicate with them leading up to moving day, and make sure my crew arrives prepared and on time. On moving day, we carefully protect, load, transport, and unload their belongings while keeping the customer informed throughout the process. My goal is to make every move organized, professional, and as stress-free as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience in the moving and transportation industry. I started as a moving helper and worked my way up to becoming a CDL A tractor-trailer driver. My experience includes safely loading, unloading, transporting, packing, securing, and handling customers’ belongings. I’ve learned through years of real-world work how to properly plan and execute moves while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.
