- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Master Fences has a minimum charge of $420.00. This minimum charge applies to all billable services, including standard fence repairs, minor gate adjustments, post replacements, and small-scale custom installations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an on-site visit to inspect the job and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we collect a deposit and order materials. We also assist with permit processing in Montgomery and Frederick counties. As soon as all necessary permits are approved, we schedule and complete your project.
