We are extremely happy with our decision to hire Alridge Design Services. Jarvis was hired to take measurements of our home and create a 2D CAD drawing to share with our contractor. He was an affordable, professional alternative to an architect and brought his design expertise to the project. He was friendly, helpful, and I would highly recommend using his firm.

We loved working with Jarvis. He came to our home, measured everything, and provided us with excellent drawings so we could secure our permits. Since we are the homeowners, we didn't need a "design stamp" so he was perfect for our needs. We will definitely use him again should we need drawings for future projects!

Initial Review: During his FREE CONSULTATION, he demonstrated in-depth knowledge of zoning/permit/structural requirements. Additionally, he conducted research of county records to determine can/can’t dos; I feel guilty for the receiving such great service for free. He’s upfront about his pricing as well.

Jarvis was very punctual, he was attentive and listened to my needs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies on size, type, and scope of each individual project. I like to work within my clients budgets and build working relationships, in my opinion that makes for the best project outcomes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to get an idea of what the needs are exactly to determine the best approach. Then I like to come out to the property/structure to put eyes on, take measurements, and conduct the initial consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Construction Management along with multiple professional certifications. I have multiple certifications for computer aided drafting and design (CAD) processes, and I also teach CAD at a local community college.
