Their price was 10% lower than others. They were able to squeeze me in on a tight timeline. However, the pad required a permit in Baltimore County and they did not let me know or ask for one. Unfortunately, that exposes me to a risk. I would expect folks in the industry to advise when its permit worthy or not. To be fair, 2 other estimators didnt mention the permit either.
