- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different pricing to meet your budget. A la cart items are not added in the hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I do an initial consult to ensure I assess the customer’s needs and wants and vision for the event. 2. A face to face session or virtual meeting is scheduled with the client to put face to name. 3. Formulate a contract according to what was discussed 4. Follow up, up to a week prior to event to ensure we are still on track and if a la cart services are still desired.

The owner is a graduate of the Maryland Bartending Academy, MBA in Glen Burnie, MD. -TAM Certified -General and liquor liability license and insured
