I had such a wonderful experience with Top Stage Glam (Marie)! From the moment she arrived, she was incredibly down-to-earth, warm, and easy to talk to. By the time she finished my makeup, she honestly felt more like family than someone I had just met.
And the makeup? She did her thing! My makeup was absolutely beautiful and photographed so well for my photoshoot. She listened to what I wanted, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and gave me a look that I loved.
Great talent is one thing, but when you combine that with a genuine personality and an experience that makes you feel completely at ease, that’s someone you want to book again. I absolutely would not hesitate to book Top Stage Glam for another occasion. Highly recommend! 💄✨

Marie is an absolute miracle worker! My skin looked airbrushed, yet the makeup felt incredibly lightweight. I attended an event that was mostly outdoors in 94-degree heat with high humidity for over two hours, and my makeup stayed intact the entire time. I was especially impressed with how well my eye makeup held up— there was absolutely no creasing or smudging and my lashes didn't budge.
The only touch-ups I needed were a little lipstick and blush before heading out afterward. In total, my makeup lasted around 13 hours and still looked amazing. Even better, I didn’t experience any breakouts or clogged pores the next day.
I would choose Marie again in a heartbeat and would absolutely trust her with my weddingmakeup. She is kind, professional, passionate about her craft, and exceptionally talented. I truly can’t recommend her highly enough!

She was amazing. Personable, punctual, and professional! I left feeling like the most beautiful girl in the world. She took her time on me and my sister. Her hygiene/sanitation practices were stellar - I had no itchiness or breakouts afterwards. And lastly I got the look I wanted and was complimented the entire night. I’m a combination oily girl and it was HOT. Through sweating and an unexpected cry, my makeup stayed in place. I would hire Marie again in a heartbeat.

Based on that great conversation, I knew that she was going to be the perfect weddingmakeup artist. Using an inspiration photo, she mixed our foundation colors to perfection, blended colors and expertly placed lashes. We had great conversation the whole time!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is per service. Travel fee, touch up and lashes are included in the price. Pre-event makeup trials are optional, booked and charges separately, and do not replace event-day makeup. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the service fee is required to secure all appointments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received training and certification as a Makeup Artist at Top Curl Beauty in Bowie, Maryland, and I am currently attending Axel Academy in Tyson, VA.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started nearly a decade ago, turning my passion for beauty into a career working with brides, creatives, and on-set talent.
