This company is tops on evaluating the problem, developing an effective sensible approach to my mold problem at a very reasonable cost. I had two other bids requiring drywall removal at more than double their cost not including drywall repair. After X-Man remediation our mold lab results were very acceptable. Want the best for your money...hire these extremely honest folks!

Val is the nicest. Came in, looked at what needed to be done, and gave me an estimate. I would say it was reasonable, as I have no idea how much mold remediation costs, but I can say "I was NOT crying all the way to the bank." The sub-contractors he had working with him were also very nice, friendly and personable. If you ever need to have mold removed, Val (and crew) is your guy.

They did an excellent job and were very professional. They did notice some mold which cost twice as much as the vent cleaning service to remediate. But, despite the significant cost, they were very good.

Val and his team were fantastic...When selling our house, mold was found in the attic. Val's estimate came in lower than the others and they could get it done sooner than the others. So, even though it ended up to be worse mold than anticipated, his team completed within his estimate and on time! He was great at alleviating my worries and when they found it to be more work than anticipated, he came with solutions to all the problems before he would tell me about them. I highly recommend this team!

Vents not cleaned individually ! All upstairs vents were left intact and dust is still coming out of my vents. They charged me a fortune for removing mold and UV light ! A rip off for a bad job!!
