My wife and I couldn't believe happier with the roof replacement done by Falcon. it was a genuine pleasure working with Blake. He was upfront about everything and kept us updated. The crew of guys that did the roof and the gutters worked fast and professionally. One of the things that was said at the beginning was something along the lines that we'd never knew they were here. Not one single scrap of material was left behind. We highly recommend Falcon for anyone needing roofing done.

I had some shingles come off due to the wind. Falcon had guys out right away to check my roof out. They explained to me what was going on up there and made necessary repairs. Best part was they didn’t try to over sell me and tell me i needed 10 times the work then i actually did. I would highly recommend them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a free inspection at a time you can be there — it takes about 30 to 45 minutes. We ask you to be home because we'd rather walk you through what we find in real time than hand you a report with no context. We inspect the roof, gutters, siding, flashing, and ventilation, and we document everything with photos. Then we sit down with you and go over exactly what we found and what your options are — all of them, including "you don't need a roof yet" if that's the truth. If there's storm damage, we'll help you navigate the insurance claim. Once you choose a direction, we put the full scope in writing, order material, and schedule your install. On install day we protect your landscaping, tear off, inspect and replace any rotted decking, install, and magnet-sweep the entire property. We finish with a walkthrough with you and register your manufacturer warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're a GAF Master Elite contractor — that's the top tier GAF offers and fewer than 3% of roofing contractors in the country carry it. It isn't something you can buy; GAF requires proven licensing, full insurance, a documented track record, and ongoing factory training to hold it. It's also what allows us to offer GAF's Silver Pledge warranty, which covers 25 years of workmanship on top of the lifetime limited shingle warranty. Beyond the manufacturer side, we're licensed and carry both general liability and workers' compensation, so nothing that happens on your property is ever your liability. Our crews train on proper installation specs — nailing patterns, ice and water placement, ventilation, flashing details — because that's where roofs actually fail, not in the shingle itself.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Falcon was founded by a veteran, and honestly that's the whole reason the company exists the way it does. We came out of the military into an industry where a lot of homeowners had been burned — crews that showed up late or not at all, change orders that appeared halfway through the job, companies that disappeared the second a warranty claim came up. That wasn't hard to beat. We already knew how to show up on time, follow a standard, and finish what we started. So we built Falcon around that: do the job to spec, explain everything honestly, clean the site like our own family lived there, and stand behind the work afterward. Six-plus years and a lot of roofs later, that's still the whole business model.
