Balmore was excellent! We had a minor leak coming from the faucet in our kitchen sink. He first tried replacing the gasket before confirming our suspicions that we needed a new faucet. Not knowing anything about plumbing, he helped us out by going and buying a suitable replacement on the spot. All in all, the diagnostics, purchase of the new faucet, and installation took less than 2 hours. We'd be happy to hire Balmore again!

Called late Monday for my plumbing needs, he came as promised Tuesday morning 9 AM, fixed a leaking copper pipe, a leaking sink and repaired a shower handle so it would provide hot water. Left the house as clean as he found it and knocked it out in about 90 minutes.
