John was professional and showed up promptly. He did a great job getting our new powder room vanity sink working. He installed the faucet and connections, installed new valves which were leaking, and installed the vanity to the wall. His rates were very reasonable, and he does very thorough work. I will definitely be calling him for future plumbing work in my house. It is a relief to not have to worry about a leaky sink!

Without any reservations, John falls in the top 1% of professionals we've dealt with in our 8 years of home ownership. Rates were great and his work outstanding. After noticing some water in our basement, we called John over for what we thought was a faulty sump pump. Within ten minutes of a prompt and fast arrival on a Sunday morning, John diagnosed the issue as a leaking humidifier (I had attempted for a couple of hours to find the leak source but couldn't). John was about to leave when I mentioned a potential leak in our jacuzzi. He requested to take a look, and again within ten minutes found the leak source - something other plumbers struggled with over the years. We decided to hire John on the spot to fix the jacuzzi we've never been able to use. John took his time to not only do an extremely thorough job, but also test that the issue was fixed at the end of it all. Prior to starting, John explained how he was going to fix the issue, and also provided updates over the span of the next several hours. A courteous gentleman, John did some meticulous and solid work at very reasonable rates -- a rare find, and we will definitely be depending on him in the future.
