Alexey was punctual, got to the root of the issue and was able to replace the board provided by me. Their prices are slightly expensive where the cost of repair is almost close to buying a brand new set. So the value proposition has to reinstated for driving value to the customer instead of buying a new appliance

Alexey repaired my dryer which had stopped working. He ordered a new element replaced in no time. Was able negotiate the service costs. I asked him to check my washing machine and was able to open it up, cleaned it! I would recommend Alexey’s service.

The technician was prompt, responsive to my questions via text as we settled on the appointment date and time. He was actually able to fit my appliance repair into his schedule the SAME DAY, based on my description of the problem(s). He cleaned up the work space and communicated solutions to me through each discovery. My machine was bought new three years ago, so I’m glad it was a fairly simple fix/re-education about usage. Since I’m retired, the budget-friendly pricing was perfect.
