I had a great experience with this appliance repair company. They came out to fix my refrigerator, and from start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained what needed to be done before starting the repair.

Recently had an issue with my GE fridge bottom freezer. Contacted SIMBA via Thumbtack they were very responsive. The issue with my freezer was diagnosed and repaired the same day. I recently used this company to repair a malfunctioning freezer. The technicians who came to my home were polite, courteous, and pleasant to work with. They diagnosed the problem and completed a repair that they believed would resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, the repair did not fix the freezer. I had the company return for a second visit, and after further evaluation, they recommended a much more extensive and more expensive repair.
Wanting another opinion before proceeding, I contacted a different appliance repair company. Their technician performed a more thorough diagnosis, quickly identified the actual root cause of the problem, and presented several repair options. The repair they recommended and completed was far less involved—and much less expensive—than what the original company had proposed. Most importantly, it resolved the problem.
I genuinely believe the original technicians were well-intentioned and made a sincere effort to solve the problem. They were professional, courteous, and treated me with respect throughout the process. However, accurate diagnosis is the most important part of any repair service. In my experience, the problem was originally misdiagnosed, ultimately leading to a recommendation for a more involved and costly repair.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company at this time. I hope they invest in additional training and diagnostic expertise, as their customer service was excellent, but their technical diagnosis fell well short of expectations.
