After removing the ceiling drywall, we noticed potential asbestos pipe installation. I contacted Gabriel and the next day, he arrived promptly to explain the asbestos pipe insulation removal process, which included an explanation of how he would seal around the area using the negative pressure ventilation system, and removal/containment of the insulation. He also discussed his utilization of his personal air monitoring unit. Two days later, Gabriel removed the insulation as planned. The job was completed according to plan.
