Wow wow! Amazing trainer !
A few sessions with Rodney has pushed my body to many levels ! Treats his trainings no less than he would expect for himself ! He was so patient and positive throughout the whole thing and I couldnt ask for better ! Will continue with him for sure , Expecting BIG results no doubt !
