- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by area .One area equals 200 square feet. $60per area $30 hallways and large walk in closet. 12 stairs and I landing is $60. We choose not to clean carpets that needs restretching. We offer free on site inspection for carpet restretching. Accurate estimate on restretching reinstall and restoration can only be done with pre inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to encourage our customers to utilize the free on site inspection that's offered for restretching projects. We also don't give phone estimates for pet damage. We will pre inspect any issues with pet odors. We don't try to up sell. In some cases we will offer you a in home discount with multiple services. We also offer free UV light inspection before addressing pet issues.

Certification ACCI. Certification from Costa Group for Carpet repair. Member of Low Moisture Carpet Cleaning Association.
