- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always work around the customer's budget. We provide samples on hand at the time of estimate so we can provide a quote including material. We also offer a 10% discount for military and Veterans
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the customer for the opportunity of working with them. 2. Schedule an estimate that is best accommodating for both schedules. 3. Ask customer beforehand for their contact information, what flooring they are removing, wanting to install, their budget, and any other questions that may rise. 4. Provide a customer confirmation call as a reminder of the estimate. 5. On the day of the estimate, we provide samples of the desired flooring. We calculate the measurements and provide a quote on-hand with or without material costs depending if material was selected. 6. If the customer wishes to continue with the estimate, we schedule a date and time to start according to when the material will arrive. 7. We advise that the flooring material will need to be inside the home 48 hours prior in order to adjust to room temperature. 8. We start the job! We arrive with our tools and crew to give you the renovation you were looking for!
