PC Computer Repair
The computer had an internal software conflict that caused it to continually reboot. Dwight did a complete and thorough diagnosis, explained every step in plain English, and corrected the problem. He installed windows 10 and performed much needed updates as a bonus. I could not have had a better experience. It is also important to note that Dwight has exceptionally fair and reasonable prices.for his service. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initially I'll introduce myself and provide a glimpse of my work history and my general expertise. Then, I will ask a few questions about the issue and I would being the troubleshoot the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've taken CompTIA A+ classes. I have a certificate in Computer Maintenance and Repair from a Vocational School. I'm also certified with Dell as a Desktop Technician. I currently have an Associates in Information Technology from University of Phoenix and working to continue my education at University of Maryland University College.
