Denise was worth her weight in gold. She was friendly, professional, and really took care of business. Denise and Michelle were truly a blessing! They came in as my month of coordinators and design team. Once they started working with me all of the stress I was feeling immediately went away. I was able to trust Denise with everything and never had to second guess her decisions. She did an amazing job with keeping my wedding schedule on track. I got sooooo many compliments about how organized everything was--Denise is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her for your big day. Michelle came up with a beautiful centerpiece and other designs that made the venue absolutely beautiful. Every little detail was perfect! Thank you so much for everything you did to make our wedding day so special!

In April of 2018 I had a please to work with Denise who represents UMBER bride&groom, LLC. She demonstrated incredible organisational skills. In preparation for the wedding she made sure all vendors were notified both by text and email, she provided everyone with a timetable and contact information. I had never been to the venue before but Denise made sure she let me know the details I needed to know for successful setup and was helpful upon my arrival. She provided a smooth transition from ceremony to cocktail hour, and then to the reception. Denise made sure that the guests and vendors were veryhappy. I highly recommend UMBER bride&groom, LLC for her responsibility, organizational skills, promptness and great coordination of every aspect of the event. I look forward to working with her again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We schedule an Online Consultation to get to know you, discuss event vision, ideas, needs, wants and pain points. 2. Send you a contract. 3. Upon receipt of signed contract, we invoice you for retainer. 4. Send you a detailed Event Questionnaire. 5. Schedule follow-up meeting. 6. Set up your online client portal. 7. Design, plan and organize your event from venue site visits to Day of!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) Certified Wedding Planner (CWP). Over 10 years of practical event planning experience. Over 5 years of calligraphy experience.
