I had 2 companies bail on me (didn't show up for appointment) so I was worried about the third (Pineda). In addition to showing up on time, he kept me advised along the way. He worked quickly and got the job done fast (shutter was falling in the wind). His work was excellent, 5 stars. During a very windy day last weekend, the wind was so strong it blew a tree down on a power line and my entire neighborhood lost power for 8 hours. I did not even hear a small rattle from my shutter, it was gloriously quiet. :)
