I highly recommend Straw Hat Plumbing to anyone who requires plumbing services. They are professional, courteous, reasonably priced, responsive and provide exceptional service. Most importantly they are ethical and value providing the best solution for the customer. I purchased expensive new fixtures for a bathroom. However, it is an older bathroom and would have required extensive plumbing services to install the new fixtures that I purchased. Zela helped me find more reasonable fixtures that could be installed without having to cut into the tile. Even with that the spout created a problem, but Zela was able to resolve the problem. He went beyond what was required in ensuring that we would not have to open the wall though it would have been easier for him and much more expensive for us. He and Adrian did not change the original quote even though the job required more time and effort. I am pleased with how the fixtures have changed the face of the tub/ shower- all at Zela’s suggestion. We will definitely reach out to Straw Hat Plumbing for any future plumbing needs inclusive of any plumbing and eventual updates/ renovations to this bathroom.

Adrian and I chose many methods to communicate to really troubleshoot my issue. I really appreciated that because others wanted to just advise me to get a new unit Zela was punctual, active listener, and we had an intelligent conversation about the mechanics of my electric hot water heater. Cleaned up and gave a courtsey good bye!
