We had just moved into our new townhouse back in November. During our first cold morning we went to turn the heat on and it took a couple hours for us to realize no heat was blowing. I gave Phoenix a call, Alex came in and within 20 minutes or less he had diagnosed the issue, did some rewiring, replaced and upgraded my thermostat to a wifi one and had the system running smoothly. I give them 10 out of 10 because they go the extra mile, cleaned the working area nicely, gave me good tips on how to maintain my system running smoothly and took their time explaining to me exactly what they were doing from beginning to end.

In times of need I can say Phoenix Home Quality Services came to my rescue. The quality of the job was beyond satisfactory. Phoenix had to come and fix an issue that a previous dishonest entity had worked on. I am a single mother and sometimes I have to rely on full trust. Integrity and Honesty are attributes that Home Quality Services provides and I can say this from experience. Alex had my AC unit working within minutes after troubleshooting an issue that nobody else could fix.
