Although I haven’t hired anyone yet I’m leaning towards this guy mostly because he remained polite and respectful towards me when I told him I was currently getting prices for the job. He was very nice and ready to get to work. Unfortunately it’s a group decision n I’m still waiting on them to come up with their share. The technician assisted me with a problem with one of my rentals. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and recommended multiple options with different values and pros/cons. I liked that he was honest and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The doors that I was having issues with were repaired and have not had issues since. I will definitely be hiring this service with all my rental units.
