Alex was absolutely wonderful, responding to my message promptly, coming out the same day, keeping in touch throughout the day and giving me his ETA which was actually 10 minutes early. He got right to work on diagnosing the issues with the mower. He was friendly, professional and very competent in assessing the problems and correcting them. I loved that he came out to the house to do the work, so I didn't have to load a cumbersome and heavy mower into my car to take it in for servicing. He even did a quick repari on our fence gate with no additional charge when he saw it would not open easily! HIGHLY recommend him and will likely use him again for other handyman needs around the house in the future. One of the best experiences ever with a professional.

Great work. Abrek repaired my push lawnmower in a timely fashion and followed up with me to see how it operated when I mowed my yard. He also provided me with information and instructions on how to prevent my mower from becoming clogged again saving me future expenses. I would recommend him 100%.

found out lawnmower wouldn't start at 4pm. put a thumbtack request in and he came to get it fixed that evening. so thankful he was able to come out in the evening and fix the carburator issue so quickly.

First, Alex arrived on time. Something I no longer take for granted. He got right to work, identified the problem, and fixed it. He tested several times to be sure the fix was a good one. He was very polite and articulate. I would happily ask for Alex’s help again if I need it. My first experience with thumbtack was an excellent one!!
