Fabio was very responsive, efficient and reasonably priced. He completed painting my accent wall and staircase in three hours. I only had one gallon of paint and he advised me to get a second and he was spot on. I would hire him again.

Favio showed up at my apartment to provide estimates for a number of works such as: removing and reinstalling the tiles in my shower floor (which did not have the right inclination for the water to drain), painting my wrought iron staircase which was starting peeling off and my built in bookshelf. He came at the time agreed, punctual on the dot. He provided a fair estimate and agreed to remove only the shower floor instead of pushing me to remodel my entire bathroom (which was still new and I had no intention to charge it). Since Favio showed up my life has changed. If something breaks, he comes within reasonable time. He is attentive to details and caring. After a year and all the things he had done in a flat that had not been maintained for over 10 years, I trusted him to much to leave him the key to my flat to repaint the entire walls while I was on vacation (I did not want to live through the mess of repainting). When I came back everything was perfect and right where it was before. I used to be on the board of my self-managed Condo and I spent years chasing down contractors to show up in 5 hours window on a given day, and then chasing them down to receive quotations. I eventually resigned from the Board because that was before I found Favio. Favio is your guy if you are looking for an honest, skilled man, who is always punctual, attentive to details and caring about his clients.
