Luis did a great job on installing our new sinks. There were some issues with an unanticipated leak, missing/replacement parts but he handled it promptly by mending the pipe & making numerous Home Depot runs. Would certainly hire him again for future plumbing needs. The value is good as well!

I was installing new countertops, sinks, a garbage disposal unit, and four faucets in my home. I had already hired a different company to install the countertops before I met Luiz. I first met Luiz when he came to my house to provide an estimate for the faucet and garbage disposal installation. He was punctual, polite, and appeared to be an adept handyman. He listened to each and every concern I had and even provided a reasonable price for the work. The company I hired to install the countertops did a horrible job and caused a major leak that flooded my living room ceiling/floor. Because of this, I had to schedule and reschedule Luiz’s faucet installation on three separate occasions. Luiz remained patient and was sympathetic with my unfortunate situation. I think any other handyman would have quit, but Luiz was professional and remained steadfast. By the time he installed the faucets, the work scope had changed because of the countertop installers, and he was forced to adjust his estimate. I believe any other handyman would have gladly ran up the bill on me, but Luiz continued to advise me on what he believed was more economical. He even capped his work to help me out at one point. He seemed really concerned with my budget and it was greatly appreciated.
In addition to the work described above, and since I had just met Luiz, I hired him to help fix the plumbing leaks that the countertop installers created. The morning I discovered the leak, I called Luiz to ask him for help in identifying the plumbing problem. Realizing that I was in desparate need, he dropped everything he was doing and came to my house within the hour. He found the leak and repaired it. My insurance company also hired a mitigation team to take care of the water damage. Luiz worked with the team and seamlessly integrated his efforts with theirs. Although their work meant less money would go into his pocket, he did what was best for me and was happy to work with mitigation team. Needless to say, I hired him, again, to fix the damage that was created by the water leak.
After having observed Luiz and his work for numerous projects, I can honestly say that he really is a “handy man,” that provides quality service. He is also a genuinely good guy, who is willing to work with you and your budget, and who is genuinely concerned with addressing your needs. I will consider Luiz for future projects and highly recommend him for your handyman needs.

After previous bad experience and unfinished job. I was sceptical to hire somebody to finish what others did not. I am glad I did. The estimate was fair, the job was done in a half day. All looked good and finished. I needed some lights under the kitchen cabinets, install kitchen faucet, realign valves and drain under the sink. Add disposal, connect dishwasher. I noticed that he pays attention to details and i don't need to babysit him through out the project. He is a problem solver and takes right decisions along with the wishes of the customer.
I was also asking him to replace mechanical thermostat for a digital one. And that's where we fail. He did not want to do it since old one had just two wires and usually he dealt with 5 and up. However I insisted to install it anyway according the suggested picture in the thermostat instruction. Well, it got burned immediately. Thermostat Tech support told that most likely we had high voltage and thermostat goes just with low. Good to know through your own experience! I was not disappointed by that simply because I knew I hired a handyman. And I'm willing to hire him again for other projects.

Very professional and responsive. He helped restore my bathroom hell renovation (see pictures). Also retouched some paint on the walls and sealed up small holes from previous towel rack and painted the wall. Great work.
