- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and based on the size of the home and the level of cleaning required. I offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) and for referrals. There are no hidden fees — transparency is very important to me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding what the customer needs — whether it’s a standard, deep, or move-in/out cleaning. I may ask for the address to check the size of the home or view photos on the listing website to provide a fair and accurate quote. Once everything is confirmed, I bring all my own supplies and make sure every detail is covered. My goal is to make the process easy, professional, and leave the home spotless.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience in different types of cleaning — residential, commercial, and Airbnb. I’ve also completed professional workshops focused on surface care, product safety, and organization techniques. This background allows me to deliver efficient, detailed, and safe cleaning every time.
