I hire another contractor to refinish my hardwood floors but botched the job. Carlos was really responsive and knowledge. He gave me options to correct the floor completely and/or just spot fix. I decided to go with just the spot fix, buff and seal with a matte finish. Floors came out beautifully. Only regret is not hiring him first.

Overall, Carlos and his team did a pretty good job on the project I had (engineered hardwood floors). Had several scratches, peeling and chipped floors in a couple areas. He corrected it as best as it could be done without needing to remove and replace planks that are no longer available.

Carlos responded quickly to our project. We had some renovations where the newly exposed wood flooring didn't match the older finish. Carlos was able to refinish and match everything. Highly recommended and in fact I will be hiring him to put in new wood flooring in our lower level.
