Wow, I was on the fence about working with an intuitive healer, and I can say, working with Kristina, allowed me to finally bridge the gap I was missing in my personal practice with my spirituality. I was raised very conservative Christian, had a spiritual awakening when I was 28, that I felt I was missing something in my religious practice that kept me disconnected and even ashamed in questioning my purpose, path and even religious upbringing. Kristina was key in helping me navigate my awakening and come home to a higher level of intimacy in my relationship with God. Initially I had a breathwork session, it was so powerful we continued with consistent spiritual coaching sessions. I was provided guided meditations, and book recommendations based on hurdles we discussed in our sessions. I feel so much more fulfilled and am able to view challenges in life as an opportunity for my highest good. Truly a transformation, I would highly recommend Kristina's work and her offerings, you will feel the shift!

I had a one on one breathwork session with Kristina today and it was one of the most remarkable experiences I’ve ever had. She was extremely compassionate and informative and provided a warm and safe environment. I’ve meditated and done reiki before but this was my first time doing breathwork. Kristina explained to me all about what the practice is, the benefits, and how to do it. She was very supportive and helped guide me through the entire process, breathing along with me at times to help me stay on pace, and encouraging me through each phase. I felt myself releasing pain, trauma, fear, and anger at different times during the breath-work. I felt a level of clarity about my life and I felt compassion for myself when it was all said and done. I cried spontaneously, which at first was confusing, but afterwards made sense and was extremely therapeutic to me. Afterwards Kristina provided me with an in depth explanation of what my energy looked like and what messages God/Source/Spirit had for me. That helped affirm some things I already felt about myself and my life. She also set me up with resources to help understand more in depth about what she was explaining to me so I wouldn’t be confused about all this new information. I was surprised at how my body felt throughout the process because I did not expect there to be such a physical reaction. I am very pleased with the results of my session with Kristina, she helped me feel comfortable and not embarrassed to release things that I was unknowingly holding on to. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to feel better, learn more about themselves, or grow spiritually to try a breathwork course with Kristina!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My offerings are as noted on my website, please look around my website around my session process and review client testimonials prior to booking. Your session is an investment in your soul, I want to ensure all my clients receive what they came for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once your session is booked and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and link for your session. I ask prior to your session, please ensure you are in a quiet distraction free area, so that we may make the most of our time. All sessions are completed remotely from the comfort of you own home. Depending on which offering you have booked, information needed varies, see below: Signature TrueNorth Reading- birth information is required (time, date and location) if you do not have this information at time of booking, you may email it to me later. Breathwork & Energy healing- nothing is required of you other than a quiet distraction free space. Please have a comfortable space, you can lie down, blanket, water and journal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained over the past 5 years as an intuitive, breath work facilitator and healer. I have a masters degree in business administration, with 10 years in operational leadership, with a keen understanding on how to ground the "woo woo" spiritual insights into tangible and practical action for embodying your highest self...but like...here on earth ;) My role in our partnership, is to share with you who you came here to be in this lifetime, what current blocks are presenting that are getting in the way of that, and next steps on how to continue the work following our session. My gift is my ability to see your soul's highest expression, and help you clearly see your purpose in this lifetime. I believe when we are all on path with our soul's purpose, the life of our dreams begins to unfold. We will worth through any blocks, wounds or conditioning.
