First time ever getting a Cleaning Service to come to my house they showed up super early for an 8 AM cleaning. They (ladies) came in and got straight to business. 2 bed 2 bath condo and kitchen. They knocked it out the park. I also scheduled them the day before. So quick and speedy responses. I will be using there services again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When entering your request, please be as specific as possible. Explaining how many bedrooms and bathrooms is a great place to start. Pictures are also a great addition as they help us gauge an idea of what needs to be cleaned. Discounts are available when selecting monthly services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you have input your request online, we will reach out to you as soon as we can. Usually we give you a call, if you prefer, and discuss the job over the phone. That way we can help each other understand what needs to be done, when and where. Due to COVID-19, we can conduct a virtual walkthrough to better understand the layout of the house, what is needed and other important details about the property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 10 years experience combined amongst ourselves. Over the years, we have learned to provide the highest quality in the most efficient time.
