This company contact me on 5/14 in regards to the cleaning service I requested for my home. During our chat they confirmed that the will be there on 5/15 at 11:00am to complete the job. On 5/15 morning around 9:30 I texted them to confirm my appointment, then they responded with it shows that on that app “not hired” on the morning of the job so they decided not to do the job. Imagine I have not been contacted to let me know that it showed “not hired” on their side, for me I only had the option to decline the pro. Keep in mind on 5/14 they confirmed their appointment took my address and phone number. I’m so disappointed right now because my place needed to be cleaned for a funeral event. I do not recommend this company as they’re very unprofessional. I do wish people can take accountability to correct their mistake rather than looking for an excuse not to do the job!
