- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are reasonable and very competitive, we always do our best to accommodate the work to customer budgets without affecting quality neither time, we understand how times are changing and how material prices are raising due to the world circumstances, however we are making sure customers feel comfortable about our quality and prices, for that reason many many customers throughout the years keep calling us because they know how good and affordable we are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
step #1. contact the customer by text or phone call step #2. Understand what the customers want for their homes and know how we can make things even better for them at a affordable price step #3. make a free onsite estimate step #4. send the formal estimate or proposal to the customer email step #5 give the home owner time to make a decision about the task. step #6. Once home owner decides we move forward step #7 send the formal legal contract step #8 request 50 % at front to secure our contract and 50% when the job is completed plus any material cost Step #9 schedule the task step #10 proceed with the work step # 11 make sure customer is 100% satisfied with the process step #12 make the quality walk with home owner were we address any concerns Once home owner is 100% satisfied we sign up the completion sheet step # 11 make the final payment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Coming from training and working as project managers for new home builders like Winchester homes, Ryan homes and more we have the knowledge, the experience and the training to do any task, we are knowledgeable enough to start a house from ground, and most importantly we understand the importance of know the county training and codes.
