I have been through 3 or 4 landscaping companies, trying to find one that would maintain our flower beds and shrubs on a regular basis, to the exacting specifications of our neighbors and home owner's association. We had never found one until DC Ayala. By way of background, we have the kinds of neighbors who call to complain if even one weed innocently sprouts up near a sidewalk. So we have needed company who could make sure not even a single weed would be noticed by our neighbors. Every company we hired was happy to do the initial big job/big money of spring cleaning but then would "forget" or "be too busy" to do the maintenance work, even with multiple reminders from us. So, the weeds would creep back, and the neighbors would call. Eventually, I'd go out and do the work myself but end up with pustules and rashes all over my old lady body that would last 3 weeks or more. Bleah. DC Ayala was the FIRST and ONLY company I've hired who actually came out and did the maintenance work as promised, at regular intervals. Finally, our yard looks great all the time. The neighbors stopped calling. The work is very professional, at prices equal to the lowest of all the guys who DIDN'T show up. My only complaint is that because English isn't the owners' primary language, there have been miscommunications along the way - about price, about schedule. Generally, if you think, "hmmm, that can't be right," it is worth asking again to be sure the question or issue was understood. But that's it, my only real complaint. Otherwise, I'm a happy customer.
