Direct Locksmith Services responded quickly. When Jose called to get more info about my job, he offered to come immediately rather than the following day. He was arrived on time and explained what he would be doing and how long the job would take. I had six locks rekeyed in well under an hour.

I had my locks rekeyed and Yusef the technician was professional, courteous, and very honest in answering my questions about how to make my front door more secure. He replaced the missing strike plate and used extra long screws to make sure it was secure. He continuously checked that the lock and deadbolt were operating smoothly, tightened up the previously loose hardware, and provided me 3 new keys. I would definitely call Direct Locksmith and Yusef again for future lock needs, highly recommend!

Lost my keys and had to change my locks on 4 doors (2 locks on each door) Direct Locksmith made it an easy experience. I called and was able to get immediate assistance as well as guidance on which locks to purchase (I decided to upgrade to a keyless door lock). He came and upgraded my locks quickly at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use again in the future.

Sultan was extremely responsive and the online booking was easy. The pricing was affordable and fair! He suggested replacing my old deadbolt lock, that I plan on replacing and it worked out much better. The entire job was less than an hour to replace two door knobs to lever locks and deadbolt and re-key three locks. Thanks, Sultan!
