Rebecca was quick to respond to my emails. We had settled on date, time, and price in only 3 emails. She arrived on-time and prepared to complete the notarizations. Rebecca promptly answered my request to help my 93 year old mother with something that she needed notarized quickly. She is home bound and Rebecca helped my mom so patiently and with such respect. My pricing is competitive. I offer group discounts. When communicating I ask questions that help me assess an estimate that makes sense. There are no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will investigate what they need to ensure I provide the correct services. I want to ensure I meet or exceed expectations. We discuss what is needed and the time frame/addresses etc. Once we agree on what is needed I provide an estimate and payment details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the National Notary Association. I am certified in Maryland. I am both a Mobile and Remote Notary.
