Rebecca promptly answered my request to help my 93 year old mother with something that she needed notarized quickly. She is home bound and Rebecca helped my mom so patiently and with such respect. She was extremely knowledgeable and made my mom feel comfortable. I give her 5 stars and have already recommended her to my manager at my apartment building. Her pricing was extremely reasonable as well. I wouid use her services again and she was extremely punctual

Hired Rebecca as a process server. Reached out to two businesses and she responded right away! Great communication throughout the process. Served the defendant effectively and swiftly and she let me know when she was successful. She completed the affidavit and sent to the court after. She made a stressful process less so and I highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive. I offer group discounts. When communicating I ask questions that help me assess an estimate that makes sense. There are no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will investigate what they need to ensure I provide the correct services. I want to ensure I meet or exceed expectations. We discuss what is needed and the time frame/addresses etc. Once we agree on what is needed I provide an estimate and payment details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the National Notary Association. I am certified in Maryland. I am both a Mobile and Remote Notary.
