I can't give Rebecca a million stars in the Thumbtack app, but I would if I could! I reached out to her on a Saturday for emergency support to help my 90-year-old dear friend get all of his dying wife's legal documents in order. Rebecca responded immediately and was able to come out to help us the next morning (Sunday). Rebecca was extremely kind and patient with my elderly friend and his wife. My pricing is competitive. I offer group discounts. When communicating I ask questions that help me assess an estimate that makes sense. There are no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will investigate what they need to ensure I provide the correct services. I want to ensure I meet or exceed expectations. We discuss what is needed and the time frame/addresses etc. Once we agree on what is needed I provide an estimate and payment details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the National Notary Association. I am certified in Maryland. I am both a Mobile and Remote Notary.
