- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We may not have the cheapest prices, but that shows in our quality and professionalism. You get what you pay for but in our case you’ll get much more. No add-on fees… All prices are final.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to get to know the prospective client. We like to know what themes you’re into and just your overall preferences. We don’t just see our clients as dollar signs, but we like to build a personal rapport so that the event may go by smoothly and that we are both on the same page. After a rapport has been built, we discuss which product(s) the client would like to attain and then we will go through the specifics of guest and locations for the event. Once we finalize all those details, we can discuss pricing and ,as soon as a nonrefundable retainer is paid, we will begin working on your product and send you copies of the overlay if you wish. The only thing left to do is the strike, oppose and smile, and we will carry on the rest from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully insured to give the client ease in case of any unforeseen mishaps.
