- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent. I’ve seen others price a service high, but it’s doesn’t not always come with longevity. Also, low cost plumbing is not always the best investment either. i.e. you wouldn’t choose the cheapest doctor. So when it comes to my price I work with the customer, scale the project, and ensure that their payment is not for plumbing but rather they’re paying for a peace of mind. I believe and stand by my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start by getting to know the customer first and how their plumbing issue is effecting them. From their, I asses their issue and make sure that I’m the right guy for them. I never try to force myself to a job that I’m not an expert in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For 16 years I was a top plumber at one of the biggest plumbing companies in the nation. I’m a licensed master plumber who is capable of handling any type of plumbing issues.
